I am a Level 6 remedial massage therapist and a member of Massage NZ. I incorporate deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, mobilization, and muscle activation techniques, as well as, myofascial cupping into my treatments.

I have a deep understanding of body function, why you might be getting pain in specific areas, how to treat the cause as well as your symptoms and what you might do next to prevent pain/discomfort from returning.

I am very passionate about the health and wellbeing of my clients and enjoy educating clients through my knowledge of the body and showing how massage can enhance a person’s wellbeing.
